📥 Digital Products (Stickers, Templates)

• All digital items are non-refundable due to the nature of instant downloads.

• Once your purchase is confirmed and the files are delivered, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

• If you experience any issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

• I accept returns or exchanges on physical items if there is damage or a major issue with your order.

• To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact me within 5 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 7 days of contacting me

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
